Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All shipping is handled by the artists. Loom suggests that artists ship out within 3-5 business days. If the shipping time is longer, artists indicate this in the product description.

Returns

Please understand that each art piece on this site is hand made in a traditional manner and may contain nuances. If you still wish to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving it. An exception is if the Seller has designated an item as “non-returnable” in the product description; these items cannot be returned.

To return products, please do the following:

  • Contact us at sfaloom@gmail.com within 7 of receipt of the product.
  • Complete the Customer Return Request form (which we will email to you), with your name, order number, reason for the return, and photo of item (if requested by artist). If your request is approved, we will ask you to ship the item back.  Please ship back to the address we provide, in the original packaging, the same way the artist originally shipped it to you, in its original condition.
  • Customer return shipping costs are non-refundable. Exceptions to this are if the product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item; in such cases the artist will pay for your return shipping by emailing you a return shipping label. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage, and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, for reference.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the artist received your returned item, and indicate if the artist has approved the condition of the returned item.  We process refunds to your credit card within approximately three business days of our receipt of your merchandise.  

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, check with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund officially posts. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at sfaloom@gmail.com.
